Email Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. This is a key role focused on execution of email marketing initiatives to support our global B2B events and campaigns, as well as helping our wider marketing team with their CRM & email marketing queries. What you'll be doing: Email Campaign Management:

Develop, schedule, and deploy email campaigns to support B2B events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. Create, edit, and optimize email templates for engagement and conversion. Manage email segmentation and audience targeting to drive campaign effectiveness.

Digital Asset Coordination:

Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including landing pages, web forms, and marketing emails. Connecting these assets together in HubSpot to ensure a smooth customer journey, complete with any transactional emails. Collaborate with global marketers and designers to ensure all assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

CRM and Platform Utilization:

Leverage HubSpot for campaign creation, automation, and analytics. Maintain email lists and database hygiene for optimal deliverability and engagement. Help colleagues in other teams with their queries on HubSpot and assisting them building lists, and getting their event materials live.

Data Integrity:

To maintain a high-quality database, assist with CRM programs, duplicate management, and data enrichment efforts. Candidates will have a good understanding of marketing data privacy best practices.

Project Management:

Coordinate cross-functional teams across different countries to deliver campaigns on time. Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders effectively through our project management software Asana.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Track email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions). Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to increase engagement. Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:

Develop, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns and nurture workflows in HubSpot. This includes building and segmenting email lists, setting up triggers, and personalizing content to drive engagement and conversions.

What you will bring to the table: Experience:

2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email platforms.

Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in creating and editing landing pages, web forms, and email templates. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration:

Experience working in global or cross-functional teams is a plus. Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and diverse teams.
