Email / CRM Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Utilize the Email platform:

Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns, workflows, and automation processes. Content Creation Collaboration:

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with overall marketing objectives. Segmentation and Targeting:

Implement effective audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and improve campaign performance. Analytics, Reporting, and A/B Testing:

Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests on email elements, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Experience required for Email / CRM Marketing Specialist role 1 year experience in email marketing. Proficiency in using HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills & the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices. An understanding of lead generation metrics and experience in data-driven reporting.
