Job Description
Design and build emails across broadcast and automation campaigns.
Utilise customer segmentation to enhance email efficiency.
Support the Retention Manager to optimise automated flows through regular A/B testing.
Contribute to the wider marketing strategy.
Conduct data analysis.
Perform A/B testing.
Enhance customer experience.
Manage analytics and reporting.
Ensure coverage.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates with less will be considered.
Experience in Ecommerce, ideally within the marketing function.
Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous but not essential.
Must have a keen eye for design that can be demonstrated in an interview.
Must be committed to the long-term success of the business and able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
