Leveraging your expertise in HTML/CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, A/B testing, and your collaborative skills with editorial, design teams, business partners, and project managers, you will ensure the seamless execution of email marketing initiatives. The role will suit someone with strong developer skills. Main responsibilities: Email Campaign Development:
Collaborate across teams and with third-party vendors to create and deploy responsive HTML/CSS email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Template Creation & Maintenance:
Build and maintain interactive email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring proper rendering across devices and troubleshooting issues. A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and layouts to boost engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Event-Focused Campaigns:
Develop tailored, event-specific email campaigns that highlight value propositions and drive participation. Performance Analysis & Improvement:
Track email metrics, provide actionable insights, and stay updated on industry best practices to refine future campaigns. Your profile: Proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, particularly Personalisation and Automation Studio. Knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies. Experience in email lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. Familiarity with email accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles. Demonstrable proficiency in HTML/CSS, your skill set will add a valuable layer to our team. Basic understanding of SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and personalisation in emails.
