Email Marketing Manager

to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Bradley Stoke. Your role will be to manage and deliver the build of all email campaign activity across the RAC Group, ensuring we are aware of current trends and best practices. Managing a team of two, you will be expected to help support and nurture the team whilst identifying and delivering improvements to Email build processes working collaboratively across Marketing and the wider business. If you have worked within an agency environment, you may enjoy the pace and agile nature of this role across to help drive and grow the email base. This is a

hybrid

role, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week at home. What you will do

Lead the development of forecasts and strategies for Consumer Roadside (UKBD and EBC Acquisition) which encompasses acquisition growth. In partnership with other marketing team managers, assist with the development of forecasts and strategies that drive a customer lifecycle approach which encompasses engagement and persistency. Ownership of technology roadmap for email marketing to facilitate effective, efficient and measurable marketing campaigns. Set and deliver key performance indicators for the email channel. Ownership of the roadmap for growing Email Reach for the RAC Group and reporting back to key stakeholders. Set up and delivery of email campaigns for all stakeholders. Work with Studio and Brand & Comms team to ensure all emails are aligned to Brand Guidelines. Identify improvements in email build process to improve agility. Work with the wider team to coordinate integrated campaigns to ensure there is consistent messaging across communications. Manage all stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are hit and processes are met to ensure the plan is delivered to expectations. Provide best practice & industry standard insight to the wider marketing team. What you will need

An extensive knowledge of

Email

marketing/customer Contact Strategy for a previous organisation. A basic understanding of other performance marketing channels such as PPC, Social, Affiliates, SEO and Display. Extensive experience of data collection strategies for a previous organisation. AB and multivariate testing strategy for a previous organisation. Personalisation content strategy for a previous organisation. Tracking and analysis of campaign and financial performance and reporting, building email reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance. Managing and optimising dynamic content insertion into campaigns to improve performance. Detailed knowledge of

Email

delivery tools such as Adobe would be especially advantageous. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics / Microsoft

PowerBI . HTML / Java Script knowledge. Able to influence at all levels. A proven track record in delivering multiple projects on time while managing relationships and expectations of stakeholders.
