Role description

Crowe is going through an exciting development in its digital journey and as part of our digital strategy, we are looking to recruit an experienced email marketing professional to help successfully deliver the firm’s email marketing strategy.

Working closely with the National BD and Marketing team and key stakeholders across the firm, you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, confident and highly organised with excellent time management skills and can work well under pressure.

Being able to communicate effectively and forge strong working relationships at all levels is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Super user of Crowe’s emailing platform and primary approver for email marketing campaigns before distribution.
  • Through an understanding of Crowe's key strategic sectors and service lines, support the marketing team to write compelling, benefit-led email marketing messaging.
  • Confidently provide feedback to help improve email campaigns.
  • Train all new starters on how to use the email marketing platform as well as sharing knowledge and best practice with all users on a regular basis.
  • Keep up to date on the latest email marketing trends, best practice and sharing this knowledge with the BD and Marketing team.
  • Support the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate.
  • Develop an email marketing performance programme to continually improve key performance metrics.
  • Being a brand ambassador, ensuring all email templates and messages that are sent out comply with our brand, including tone of voice and house style guidelines.
  • Regularly report on the success of our email marketing campaigns as well as shar key industry benchmarking data.
  • Ensure email marketing templates are created to brand standards and optimised to a high standard.
  • Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective processes and systems that maximise the success of our email marketing communications.

Personal and professional qualities

  • A confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Efficient time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and language skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in working with and creating email marketing tools with knowledge of how they integrate and work together with CRM systems.
  • Experience of working with large amounts of data and transforming these into visually engaging reports.
  • Proficient presentation skills to present performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
