As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and deliver compelling email content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and generates leads. Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Strategy:

Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Email Campaign Creation:

Create and design visually appealing and persuasive email templates, including HTML and plain text formats.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and send times.

Data Analysis:

Analyze email campaign performance metrics using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve ROI.

CRM and Marketing Automation:

Utilize Salesforce to manage email lists, automate workflows, and track campaign performance.

Can-SPAM Compliance:

Ensure all email campaigns adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

List Segmentation:

Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to deliver targeted messages.

Personalization:

Create personalized email content to enhance engagement and drive conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices

Proficiency in HTML and CSS

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing automation tools

Excellent copywriting and editing skills

Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging email content

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
