Job Overview:

They are looking for a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to managing their online sales platforms and ensuring their email marketing strategies are impactful and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Develop automated email flows and promotional strategies. Audience Segmentation: Continuously create and refine customer segments to personalise marketing efforts. Creative Content Creation: Write engaging email copy, craft attention-grabbing subject lines, and design visually compelling emails that align with brand guidelines. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse email campaign performance metrics. Conduct A/B testing to optimise engagement and conversion rates. Present detailed reports and insights to management. E-commerce Product Management: Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify to ensure accuracy and appeal.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

Demonstrated experience in email marketing with a focus on Klaviyo. Understanding of e-commerce dynamics/industry. Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies (advantageous). Excellent written ability. Personal Attributes:

Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Creative and proactive, with a passion for digital marketing. Effective multitasker with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
