The Role… Work on a diverse range of projects within defence, medical, automotive, industrial, or telecommunications on real-time operating systems or safety-critical software solutions. Each project has its own unique challenges, so you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on people's lives and are used throughout the world in various industries. From healthcare critical devices to automotive safety features, develop a range of vital solutions to guide our clients in the right direction. You’ll also collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient solutions. Define, iterate on, and improve best practices and help teams utilize them. Who you are now… You have 3+ years of previous experience in an embedded/firmware role with experience working with

C and/or C++

and are eager to learn new technologies and ways of working. You have an understanding of

electronic schematics

and the ability to

troubleshoot firmware

issues using tools such as an

oscilloscope . Ideally, you also have an understanding of

communication protocols

such as

UART, SPI, I²C , and

interfacing with external peripheral devices

such as flash memory. You appreciate the bigger picture and are confident to contribute your ideas to the team on new technologies, solutions, and delivery approaches. You will also enjoy working in a collaborative environment, working through challenges together and learning from one another. What we offer… Hybrid working
