About Our Client
Working in a small team of Electronics and Embedded Software Engineers, you'll be responsible for the design, specification and development of software and user interfaces for the automation of systems & processes in high tech specialist lab equipment. You'll also work with the Engineering Manager to research and identify new technologies to replace LabVIEW in the longer term, so this is a really interesting time to join.
Job Description
This role requires you to be on-site 5 days per week at the clients office on the West side of Glasgow. In return for your skills and experience you 'll receive a salary circa £45,000 + benefits which include; good pension, health insurance, salary sacrifice car scheme, continuous income and more…
The Successful Applicant
If this sounds interesting, then here's the skills and experience the client would like you to bring:
Commercial experience of developing machine automation systems using LabVIEW
Knowledge of other development languages including C and C++
Demonstrable experience of User Interface Design and development
Previous experience of working with PLC's, Stepper Motors & VFD's
Experience of working in a design, development and manufacturing environment
