Embedded Software Engineer – Algorithm Development for Electronic Controls Do you have experience writing algorithms to be used for electronic controls, development of control algorithms & logic management? If you do we would like to hear from you! £45 – £50 FCSA Umbrella (this role is deemed inside IR35) We have deliberately kept this description brief as we are looking to attract multiple people who can fit into one of these project teams for a prestigious client to contribute to the design and development of electrical and electronic control systems for controlled machinery and machine prime products developed and produced in Europe. Key Skills required: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering Experience of developing control algorithms using Matlab, Simulink, and Stateflow Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal instruction and provide technical support to others Experience of complex Electronics and Controls system concept generation including drafting block diagram controls for simulation assessment Extensive understanding of control algorithms and logic Experience of modelling complex systems, and the use of simulation tools to make confident predictions Knowledge of internal combustion engines Ability to communicate technical information effectively at all levels of the business Experience of developing electronic controls for safety-critical systems These roles are live now and we are currently starting initial interviews/scope overviews.
