EMC Shift Engineer , you will be tasked with providing technical support and guidance to Test Technicians at all stages of various EMC projects. This will include the preparation, setup, and test process to ensure efficiency of testing at all times. Work closely with other

EMC Shift Engineers

and Technicians to expedite projects; problem-solving to ensure a smooth and consistent workflow. Accurate recording of results, following company quality procedures and providing clear, concise communication at the end of shifts. Check test data and outputs to identify errors or issues, addressing them quickly and efficiently wherever needed. Close liaison with the Project Manager and Team Leader to ensure work is carried out accurately and within the agreed timescales. Make sure reports are compiled correctly and meet expectations of all involved. Carry out technical training, if and when required. Support with conducting testing as required. The Person

HND or an equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline. Working knowledge of EMC testing requirements within a TIC Test House environment. Working knowledge of EMC specification and accreditation requirements. Electrical knowledge is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. A positive attitude. Ability and desire to learn. A team player and leader. Rewards
