The EMEA Distribution Manager assists in the development of a distribution strategy and customer experience to deliver best-in-class Revvity’s business objectives, with the primary goal to effectively manage the customer orders for the region.

The role will involve managing shipping orders for the centralized distribution center ensuring that all shipping orders are processed in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and contributing to the success of logistics department's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate would have experience in team management, SAP and international shipping and product logistics. The candidate would also have experience in dealing with third party warehousing as well as order processing and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

To lead a team of distribution coordinators and identify gaps, drive operational improvements. Effectively manage the day-to-day distribution operations (Receive and process shipping orders). Responsible for target achievement of department metrics. Represent the distribution function and work closely and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Customer care, transportation, warehousing, OTR, etc.) to improve operations and contribute to customer success. Responsible for identifying potential issues and escalating. Responsible for execution of internal rules & procedures. Essential Departmental And Organizational Functions

Propose and implement process improvements. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Education And Experience Requirements

Solid experience (+/-7 years) in transport/ import / export / distribution, RMA operations, and policies. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience in managing diversified team (Onsite-Remote). Knowledge of SAP is obligatory required (SD-MM). Strong capability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English is required, strong B2/C1 level. Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred. Ability to interact effectively & respectfully in a global, multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment. Good time management and prioritizations skills to balance shifting priorities. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, multi-tasking, collaboration, and self-management skills. Travel Requirements:
