Our co-founders started Zip in 2020 to address this seemingly intractable problem with a purpose-built platform that provides a simple, consumer-grade user experience. Within just a few short years, Zip created the procurement orchestration category and developed the leading solution in this $50B+ TAM space. Today, leading companies like Instacart, Anthropic, Sephora, Discover, Reddit, and Lyft rely on Zip to manage billions of dollars in spend. We're a fast-growing team that helped scale category-defining companies like Airbnb, Meta, Salesforce, Databricks, Ramp, Apple, and Google. With a $2.2 billion valuation and $370 million in funding from Y Combinator, BOND, DST Global, and CRV, we’re focused on developing cutting-edge technology, expanding into new global markets, and—above all–driving incredible value for our customers. Join us! Your Role:

Zip is looking for a scrappy, fast-paced field and event marketer to take the lead on our EMEA events as a contractor based in London. You’ll help grow Zip’s presence across the region by running events that support sales, drive pipeline, close deals, and deepen customer relationships. As part of a global team, you’ll play a key role in executing Zip’s marketing strategy in EMEA, bringing events to life with a regional lens. You’ll thrive in dynamic environments, know the EMEA market inside and out, and love partnering with sales and customers to create meaningful experiences. What You'll Do:

Zip Forward Europe: Help plan and execute the EMEA version of our flagship annual conference.

EMEA Zip Exec Summits: Run high-touch roadshow events in major cities to engage top prospects and customers.

Community Meetups: Partner with the Senior Community Marketing Manager to deliver events that bring the Zip community together in key EMEA hubs.

Field Events: Work closely with sales to organize field events, closing dinners, and tailored experiences that drive deals.

Event Execution: Own the planning, promotion, vendor management, logistics, and follow-up to deliver seamless events.

Regional Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of EMEA audiences, adapting events to resonate with the market.

Track and Optimize Results: Measure the impact of events on pipeline generation, maturation, and closed-won deals. Refine strategies and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.

Global Collaboration: Partner with Corporate and Growth Marketing teams to stay aligned on strategy and priorities.

What You'll Bring:

3+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise industries in EMEA.

Proven success in creating and executing events that generate measurable results.

Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and ability to tailor strategies to regional needs.

Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A hands-on, resourceful mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and figure things out on the go.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with global teams and deliver results.

Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or event platforms such as Splash.

Based in London, with flexibility to travel across EMEA (up to 25%).
