Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

What You'll Do Your main "North Star" will be to work across the business to coordinate and orchestrate key projects and initiatives which drive the success of Adobe EMEA and our customers. As Adobe, and Adobe EMEA in particular, is growing quickly, every day will be different from the next, but below are a few things you'd independently own and drive:

Manage the International Advisory Board (IAB), consisting of former CEO’s located across EMEA and APAC. Responsible for the day-to-day board operations management:

act as the gatekeeper for requests from across the business, prepare board members ahead of meetings/event participation, onboard new members, determine board impact opportunities with priority customers and manage internal and external communications. Organize quarterly board meetings:

high-level agendas, curate exec-level presentations, generate and distribute all documentation including pre-reading materials, internal and external speaker alignment, manage all meeting logistics, outcomes and tracking actions through to completion. Prepare and distribute top-quality materials and briefings in advance of Board (or similar) meetings and Adobe executive external meetings with customers and partners. Collaborate with an account team, perhaps by hosting a workshop, to determine when the right moment is to connect an Adobe senior executive to their customer, based on the customer's business goals, the account strategy, and the Adobe executive's profile. Supervise strategic projects on behalf of the EMEA President’s Chief of Staff with no clear owner until a suitable handoff to the right team takes place, or until successful delivery of the initiative.

What you need to succeed Proven experience as C-Suite EA, project management, business manager, chief of staff, or operations type roles. Outstanding presentation skills and comfort communicating to and working directly with executives. Positivity, curiosity and agility in response to shifting priorities depending on business needs. Dedication to accuracy and quality. Manage competing priorities and navigate uncertainty to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison between multiple internal teams, ensuring clarity of goals and expectations. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership. Experience with Agile project management process is an advantage but not a must.
