Elastic is a Strategic partner of AWS and we recently entered into a new SCA. To accelerate further, we are looking for leadership of the EMEA AWS relationship. With responsibility for the EMEA AWS growth results, you will continue to build, accelerate and optimize our co-sell motion, find new opportunities and lead execution. In this role, you will work closely with the Global AWS Alliance team, the EMEA leadership team and will report to the EMEA Head of channels as an individual contributor. What you will be doing: Be a strong advocate for the AWS & Elastic relationship, both internally and externally. Work closely with the sales leadership team to support and drive co-sell engagement. Work across the partner team to drive in-country activities. In cooperation with AWS, build, execute and monitor QBR’s. Identify and resolve enablement gaps across the field organization. Use your experience, creativity and ambition to rapidly scale. What You Bring Along:

You will have a deep understanding of the AWS processes, programs and know what success looks like. Know how to get multiple people from multiple teams on board to support your projects. Think outside-in, how to integrate the Elastic GTM into the AWS GTM. Have experience across sales, marketing and channel, preferably with management experience. Know what it takes to work with internal and external executives. Are data-driven in understanding the state of the business and support decision-making. A strong network across AWS to help you succeed. Willingness to travel and experienced in EMEA markets. Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People
