To accelerate our growth, we are looking for leadership of the EMEA Azure relationship. With responsibility for the EMEA Azure growth results, you will continue to build, accelerate, and optimize our co-sell motion, find new opportunities, and lead execution. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Azure Alliance team and the EMEA leadership team, reporting to the EMEA Head of channels as an individual contributor. What you will be doing:

Be a strong advocate for the Azure & Elastic relationship, both internally and externally. Work closely with the sales leadership team to support and drive co-sell engagement. Work across the partner team to drive in-country activities. In cooperation with Azure, build, execute, and monitor QBRs. Identify and resolve enablement gaps across the field organization. Use your experience, creativity, and ambition to rapidly scale. What You Bring Along:

Deep understanding of Azure processes, programs, and success metrics. Ability to engage multiple teams to support your projects. Creative thinking on integrating Elastic GTM into Azure GTM. Experience across sales, marketing, and channel, preferably with management experience. Ability to work with internal and external executives. Data-driven approach to understanding business states and supporting decision-making. A strong network across Azure to help you succeed. Willingness to travel and experience in EMEA markets.
