As EMEA Payroll Supervisor, you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of a global payroll team while also managing and driving the strategy, process improvement, and transformation for the function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic global payroll function at an equivalent level. Administer EMEA payrolls. Provide subject matter expertise in both in-house and outsourced payroll. Demonstrate strong communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management. Effectively manage third-party vendors. Be motivated and driven to succeed and develop within a high-growth organization. Exhibit strong team management experience.
