• Manage priorities across multiple countries and competing plant demands.
• Build scalable sourcing and pipeline strategies.

Skills and requirements

• Plant hiring management experience is a must (not just exposure—proven ownership of delivery in plant environments).
• Proven success in high‑volume, fast‑paced hiring with measurable delivery outcomes.
• Kaizen or equivalent process‑improvement methods—and the ability to apply that mindset to improve hiring flow, speed, and predictability.
• Experience improving end‑to‑end recruiting workflows through metrics, root cause analysis, and operational cadence.
