Simply put, we connect people with moments that matter. Team Description Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Marketing Principal based in London. The primary responsibilities of this position are to recommend and execute a regional marketing plan to support EMEA's commercial strategy and targets. Inside sales knowledge, such as developing campaigns and marketing strategies for inbound and outbound sales, is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a diverse marketing background with a solid understanding of marketing mix development and experience in successfully deploying marketing strategies and tactics to accomplish commercial objectives. This includes using qualitative and quantitative metrics to identify action improvements. Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman), digital marketing and automation are preferred but not essential. The role will require working across a global, cross-functional team to understand business needs, reconcile competing priorities, and be skilled in influencing multiple stakeholders to gain support for projects or initiatives. Strong project management and communication skills are a must. Role and Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to support the EMEA commercial strategy and pipeline targets. Develop segment or account-based marketing plans where appropriate. Foster a strong relationship between EMEA Sales and Marketing. Work closely with Sales teams to ensure messaging and activities are aligned with commercial growth objectives and customer needs. Apply localized knowledge to adapt content and tactics appropriate to the market needs. Plan and execute live, virtual and/or hybrid events; responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations, attendee communications, materials, and activities. Define and implement industry event sponsorships with clear marketing objectives and desired sales outcomes; cultivate relationships with host organizations. Work closely with Product, Demand and Content Marketing to develop and drive the event content strategy to showcase the breadth and depth of Sabre products, services and thought leadership. Establish and manage project team, timeline and operating cadence. Ensure budgets are proactively managed, tracked and reconciled in a timely manner. Measure and report on customer engagement; optimize approach based on metrics and stakeholder feedback. Qualifications and Education Requirements: MBA preferred, bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent. 8+ years of business-to-business marketing experience. Exceptional project management skills. Experience developing and coordinating large scale events (offline and/or online). Team mentality with strong, proven leadership skills in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment with executive presence. Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Domain expertise in travel industry a plus. Competencies: Results driven. Strategic thinker. Ability to navigate a global organization. Ability to drive accountability throughout the organization.
