Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, providing insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting. Streamlined Recruitment:

Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy. Data-Driven Insights:

Offer regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights. Creative Sourcing:

Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation. Exceptional Support:

Provide candidates and managers with comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to project work, from refining recruitment processes to delivering impactful training sessions within the team. Required Skills and Experience: Recruitment Expertise:

Proven track record in recruitment, demonstrating success in permanent and contract roles. Stakeholder Management:

Ability to liaise effectively with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach. Strategic Insight:

Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, coupled with excellent presentation abilities. Industry Acumen:

Sound understanding of market sectors, competitors, and the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively. Professional Acumen:

Ability to project professionalism, influencing at all levels, and networking within large client sites. Resilience and Drive:

A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions. Preferred Experience: On-Site Proficiency:

Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands. Client Relationship Management:

Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.
