Due to new business growth, our client is looking for individuals to join their dedicated team, handling emergency and non-emergency alarm calls in a 24/7/365 monitoring centre. You'll provide essential, life-saving support to a diverse and vulnerable customer base. Your response will profoundly impact customers, even if not every call is an emergency. Key Responsibilities for Emergency Call Handler
Assess and manage emergency situations, contacting relevant services. Record call details accurately in systems. Guide customers through alarm installation and troubleshooting. Monitor and respond to automatic alarm signals. Skills and Experience
Calm, caring, and professional with strong multitasking abilities. Comfortable in high contact volume environments. Experience in customer service, care, or call centres. Proficient with Microsoft Packages and adaptable to new technology.
