Employability Team Leader Job Type:Part-time (18 hours per week: 12 hours teaching, 6 hours admin)Location:East London/EssexPayrate:£30-45 Per HourEnd Date:Ongoing until permanent role is in place We are seeking anEmployability Team Leaderto join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in youth work and teaching, who possesses excellent leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and managing challenging behaviours effectively. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and manage a team focused on the employability of young people. Teach and assess young people, ensuring they receive high-quality education and support. Manage administrative tasks related to the program and team operations. Address and manage challenging behaviours in a constructive and effective manner. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program outcomes and student experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in youth work. At least 2 years of experience in teaching or assessing young people. A youth qualification at Level 3 or above. Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
