to £28,922. Our client is looking for an experienced Employability Tutor to help and support customers find and sustain employment. Duties:

Delivering training to learners, ensuring a supportive learning environment. Developing and delivering high-quality engaging in-person sessions to learners addressing individual and group needs. Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of learner progress regularly, adjusting own teaching/tutoring methods to suit individual learners and support progression. Assessing and marking learners’ work in line with quality and compliance guidelines. Making plans to support learners to achieve agreed qualifications. Creating a positive, encouraging learning environment that respects individual experiences, backgrounds, and capabilities of the learners. Advising learners on additional courses available. Experience/Qualifications:

Previous experience of delivering vocational qualifications. Experience in customer service, business administration, or employability. A good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent). An understanding of the issues and barriers to employment, education, and/or training. The ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records with a good attention to detail, including data entry on electronic systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to demanding pressures and meet deadlines. An ability to work on own initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Required:

Professional Qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject area at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or Level 3 in Teaching and Education.
