Employee Benefits Administrator, Stevenage £27,000 - £30,000 Working within the group risk support area of the company, dealing with Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Critical Illness Cover, etc. Responsibilities

Providing professional support to the clients, advisers, and other team members, having the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Actively supporting the consultant and client on Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits (including workplace pensions), and any other products covered under the company’s services. Uploading monthly pension contribution spreadsheets to providers where necessary. Dealing with client, provider, and TPR on AE re-enrolment where appropriate. Undertaking some annual review tasks, providing feedback for the post-review correspondence to the client, and coordinating/undertaking any resultant actions as appropriate. Liaising with the wider corporate team and providing support when required. Fully engaging in IO. Assisting in the research, setup, and ongoing record keeping in respect of secondary market employee benefits. Handling corporate client queries from either employer/employee or insurer/adviser. Complying with the FCA rule book and IWP-FPS internal procedures at all times. Candidate Specification

Good working knowledge of GLA, GPMI, GIP, and GCIC is essential. Knowledge of automatic enrolment pension schemes would be a distinct advantage, however, not essential. PC literate with a good working knowledge of Excel. A team player with a keen eye for detail and excellent telephone manner/communication skills. 4 X salary life cover. After 6-month probation, you will benefit from being enrolled in the company Cash Plan funded by the company. Room for both growth and opportunity within the company. 28 days annual leave. Hours: 9am - 5pm. Hybrid working: 2 full days in the office and 3 days at home (while the company expects this to continue long term, contractually all remain office-based and the right to revert to this if business need requires is reserved).
