We are looking for customer centric, high-energy individuals to join the heart and soul of Personal Group as an Employee Engagement Executive. Our Field Sales Employee Engagement Executive team represent Personal Group at our client sites across the UK and engage their employees with our blend of digital and traditional employee benefits and insurance products. This role will involve UK wide travel, regularly staying away from home and working flexible hours covering various customer shift patterns. Once on site, you are able to plan out your time accordingly to meet each customer on a 1-2-1 basis throughout the week. You will deliver sales presentations in a non-advisory capacity to a diverse range of people, offering solutions for real life concerns. There's no cold calling as all client site visits are pre-arranged. This is a field sales role which will require a driving licence, and the flexibility to work away from home about 50% of the year from Monday - Friday. You must be a driver with a full UK licence. Target driven with a determination to succeed. Self-motivated with high levels of personal integrity. Ability to adapt your style to each customer and relate with them as individuals. A clear communicator who can make a connection with every customer. A keen interest in sales. Full training will be provided at our residential 15 day Training Academy in Milton Keynes so you are not required to have previous sales experience. Many of our successful Field Sales Executive team members have joined us with little/ no previous sales experience but with a resilience and will to succeed.
