About Our Client: Our client is a dynamic organisation that is committed to providing excellent employee relations support. They are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team for a temporary period of 2 months.

Responsibilities:

Handle complex employee relations cases, both longstanding and new, with professionalism and sensitivity. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding employee relations matters. Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts and foster positive working relationships. Conduct comprehensive investigations, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analysed. Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate employee relations risks.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
