Work consistently with managers, trade union representatives, employees, HR colleagues, legal services, and external partners (e.g., ACAS) to undertake clear employee relation activities such as management or employee support, policy guidance, and case management. Support and maintain positive relationships between employees and the Company to ensure a harmonious and productive workforce. Activities may include conflict resolution, policy and procedure compliance, employee/line manager advocacy and communication, and providing practical people-related solutions to ER cases, case monitoring, and reporting. Provide advice, guidance, and support consistently across the Company on ER-related cases through formal or informal approaches. Experience Required
Minimum two years of experience in Employee Relations Casework with the ability to hit the ground running. CIPD qualified or working towards it. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex matters. 6 months contract, with the opportunity to apply for a substantive role. Note:
