This EMEA-based team of Employee Relations Consultants play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and advancing our Employee Relations agenda across the region influencing workplace policies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of the workforce. As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing commercial advice on a broad range of Employee Relations and employment law matters. Your contributions will be essential to our regional Employee Relations strategy. You will offer direct support to specific client groups and work closely with business and HR stakeholders’ day to day on a range of employee relations issues such as investigations and the resolution of workplace disputes. Furthermore, you will oversee restructuring or reorganisations, performance management, and projects related to M&A activities, while adapting to regulatory changes and ensuring compliance. What you offer

A legal qualification from the UK or Europe and between 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law; or a minimum of 5 years’ Employee Relations experience within a dynamic corporate environment, preferably in financial services. Capability of multitasking and excelling in a team setting, while also being driven, self-motivated, and solution oriented. A client-focused approach with strong influencing skills, enabling you to effectively partner with HR Business Partners and other HR stakeholders, and engage directly with business clients and colleagues across Compliance, Finance, and Legal departments. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly and accessibly to a diverse range of stakeholders. About Corporate Operations Group
