Employee Relations Contractor - Global Pharmaceutical Company - 6 months Planet Pharma are currently working with a mid-sized global pharmaceutical company who are looking for an HR professional who is an expert in all things Employee Relations. As part of this role you will be responsible for: Performance management Investigations and grievances Disciplinaries and terminations Complex leaves of absence Sickness absence issues You will provide guidance to HR partners and business managers on managing employee risk, and will respond and investigate complaints involving employee conduct. You may also have to partner with Legal and conduct investigations under their guidance when potentially unlawful conduct is involved. This is an exciting role to take on at the moment as the HR team are undergoing an exciting period of transformation to modernize their employee experience, streamline existing processes and align service delivery on a global scale. You will be working as part of the international Employee Relations team and will be responsible for delivering employee relations support in over 40 countries. For this position, our client is looking for someone who has extensive experience working in employee relations or someone who has worked in HR with a specific focus on employee relations. Ideally you will also have: Experience in the life sciences industry from a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/biotech company or similar Broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures in Europe Working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies and procedures in Europe This is a 6 month contract and requires office attendance 3 days a week ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
