With extensive experience of dealing with complex ER casework, employment disputes and litigation, organisational design and change management, you’ll also ideally be CIPD qualified with experience of managing a team. You’ll have an excellent understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice, with evidence of applying this pragmatically to achieve business outcomes. You’ll be a natural and engaging communicator who’ll look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrating commerciality and a good knowledge of key trends in the world of HR, you’ll assert yourself with confidence, to challenge and influence senior leaders. About us
