Circa 90,000 A global professional services firm is seeking an Employee Relations Team Lead for a 12 month FTC. This role, reporting directly to the HRD, will be responsible for leading a team of 13 Employee Relations specialists. You will develop and implement the ER strategy, provide direction and support to the ER team and the wider business, oversee complex cases, ensure timely delivery of the ER function, and oversee team development. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable ER professional from a global complex matrix organization. You should have previous experience managing a large team and the skills to execute the ER strategy. You will have / need: Previous experience leading a large ER team Ability to create and implement ER Strategy Experience in a global complex matrix regulated organization Specialist in ER (not a generalist wanting to specialize) Ability to build strong relationships quickly Hands-on with ER when needed Ability to start within the next few weeks and hit the ground running This role offers excellent hybrid working of around 2 days in the office (London) and 3 from home. The salary on offer is c 90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
