Circa £90,000 A global professional services firm is looking for an Employee Relations Team Lead for a 12 month FTC. This role, reporting directly to the HRD, will be responsible for leading a team of 13 Employee Relations specialists. You will: Develop and implement the ER strategy Provide direction and support to the ER team and the wider business Oversee senior level complex cases Ensure the ER function delivers in a timely manner Oversee the team's development This role is ideal for a knowledgeable ER professional from a global complex matrix organisation. You should showcase previous experience of managing a large team and possess the ability and skills to execute the ER strategy. You will need: Previous experience leading a large ER team Ability to create and implement ER strategy Experience in a global complex matrix regulated organisation Specialist in ER (not a generalist wanting to specialise) Ability to build strong relationships quickly Hands-on with ER when needed Ability to start within the next few weeks and hit the ground running This role offers excellent hybrid working of around 2 days in the office (London) and 3 from home.
