The Employee Relations (ER) team provides specialist advice, guidance, and coaching to help managers handle employee relations cases and understand people policies across all levels of the business. They assist with a range of cases, including investigations, disciplinary issues, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, and performance management. What you'll be doing: Build and maintain strong employee relations across the UK network. Identify opportunities to improve approaches and deliver better support. Handle complex and sensitive employee relations cases and manage escalations. Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements. Oversee team development, lead training plans, and manage employment tribunal cases. Engage with unions, consultative groups, and ensure clear communication. What you'll bring to the team: You’ll have solid experience in Employee Relations, advising on complex and high-risk cases, and leading teams through challenging situations. You should be organized, detail-focused, and familiar with MS Office and HR systems, with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
