Corp Windsor, Windsor One, Arthur Road, IHG Hotels & Resorts, SL4 1RS We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance and manage a wide range of employee relations cases. You’ll play a critical role in upskilling managers, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring best practices are embedded across the organisation. If you excel at case management, coaching, and driving improvements, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, and misconduct issues. Provide coaching, support, and training to line managers to build capability in handling employee relations matters. Support formal meetings as a note-taker and advisor, offering expert guidance to ensure compliance and effective resolutions. Partner with HR and business leaders to implement initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness. Identify process improvements and provide data-driven insights to shape people strategies. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in an HR role with a strong focus on employee relations and performance improvement. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and experience with HR systems like Oracle or Workday (or equivalent). Skilled in data analysis to provide actionable people insights and recommendations. Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, advise, and question stakeholders effectively. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
