Employee Relations Specialist, UK and Ireland Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London office The ER specialist for Pandora UK and Ireland will be a key part of the HR business partnering team, working closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider sales team. They will primarily provide first-class ER advisory support, assisting with the ER caseload across various regions and supporting on ad-hoc HR projects. What to expect from the role Provides timely and expert advice and coaching to line managers, acting as the first point of contact for policy and ER process queries Works closely with the wider HR team on HR projects and initiatives based on demand Co-ordinates support and delivery of communications for bi-annual People Survey activities Builds strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first-class HR support, advice, and coaching Assists with investigations, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations, and other employee relations matters Manages ER case load, providing advice, guidance, and investigation support Provides professional and expert advice to managers on a range of employee relations matters Assists with the development of scripts, FAQs, and process desktop procedures for ER meetings when required Works closely with line managers, providing advice, guidance, and coaching in line with company policy, procedures, and terms and conditions of employment Manages personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner Supports line managers with performance improvement and development matters The successful candidate Strong working knowledge of HR processes and procedures, particularly in relation to Employee Relations topics Prior experience within the retail sector or other large national organisations Actively working towards or willing to pursue CIPD qualifications Proven ability to build trust and influence employees at all levels Strong service delivery and employee experience focus A pro-active, positive, continuous improvement mindset Adaptable to change in fast-paced environments Ability to provide appropriate solutions in difficult HR situations A natural presenter comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings A collaborator, approachable and a positive role model Able to build positive relationships with a reputation for integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptionally well organised and efficient with attention to detail Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of retail Approachable, warm, empathetic, and pragmatic What We Offer Career Development & Growth:
