Enhancing Our Employer Branding Strategy:

You’ll create and execute a global strategy for employer branding, aligning online and offline initiatives with organizational goals and business needs through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and key stakeholders. Active Governance of the Employer Brand:

You will ensure the employer brand is consistently lived across the global community, providing clear direction and structured frameworks to maintain consistency while allowing for regional adaptations. Stakeholder Management and Engagement:

You will lead collaboration with departments, leadership, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, clear communication, and addressing the unique needs of each group. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

You’ll drive the implementation of innovative employer branding campaigns, enhancing brand presence and ensuring alignment with company objectives, while engaging stakeholders to resonate authentically with target audiences. Data-Driven Campaign Management:

You will establish structured metrics for employer branding initiatives, managing campaign planning, budgeting, performance measurement, and cost-benefit analyses. Insights will be shared with stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making. Qualifications

With

5+ years

of experience in

Employer Branding within global organizations , you bring

expertise in digital strategies , ideally gained in consulting or high-growth environments. You are

passionate about Employer Branding

and

thrive on developing innovative strategies

to enhance the employer value proposition. You are

highly organized, detail-oriented , and skilled at

managing multiple projects, developing frameworks , and

collaborating effectively

across diverse cultural contexts. You

excel at engaging and aligning stakeholders

at all levels, ensuring Employer Branding initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader business objectives. You have

experience leading a small team, fostering growth, and guiding others

to success. With a

strategic and hands-on approach , you consistently

deliver impactful results . You are

comfortable in dynamic, international environments

and are

fluent in English, with German as a plus . Benefits
