Full Time, Permanent KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates. The successful candidate will have prior experience of working within Employer Engagement / Recruitment and have experience of generating partnerships and opportunities. The Role:
Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals. Screen and submit individuals to opportunities, and support with the application process and interview preparation / feedback. Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for job starts. Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards. Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within Employer Engagement / Recruitment and have experience of generating partnerships and opportunities. Excellent communication and organisational skills. GCSE grade a-c or equivalent as a minimum. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.
