B2 Job ID : 220305686 Job Title Employer Engagement Officer (Justice) Job location Flexible – will require travel to delivery sites i.e., HMP The Mount, HMP Bedford and HMP Norwich and approximately monthly travel to theHead Office in Leicester. Full time 37.5 hours with a varied working pattern. Key Responsibilities The Employer Engagement Officer will assess labour market information and generate leads and relationships with the aim of bringing employment opportunities for people on our programmes. The role will include: Engage employers across specified release area of East of England and London Develop KPIs to meet the company’s objectives and contribute towards the overall success Deliver tailored services and promoting the programmes offered to employers to secure stronger relationships and long-term employer commitment. Discussions with employment advisers to identify gaps in opportunities of employment and proactively source employers recruiting ex-offenders in those sectors Maintaining a good understanding of the local and regional labour market to inform operational delivery Support candidates with informed labour market information including providing opportunities in sectors where transferable skills may be used Liaise with the marketing team to identify and promote our services to employers through presentations, face-to-face communication and events Establish service level agreements to manage key employer relationships Ensuring vacancies are promoted internally to the employer advisers Manage a database of employers using an established CRM system Qualification and skill requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in working with employers or similar stakeholders Resilient and able to work independently. Learner-focused with the motivation to deliver strong outcomes for individuals and transform lives Highly organised and reliable Able to adapt and problem solve Strong IT skills with experience of using MS packages and CRM systems A strong commitment to personal and professional development Be a team player and supportive of colleagues Have values of trust, honesty, integrity and inclusivity in line with our values Must be able to travel extensively Salary £30000 per annum 32 days annual leave (including public/ bank holidays) 1 day paid birthday holiday Dedicated CPD time Pension contributions Certified training for talent development Staff discounts with 900 retailers on completion of probation period
