The Employer Relationships Administrator Apprenticeship post will play an important role providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Employer Relationships Team, Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator, and Head of Employer Relationships. Key Responsibilities:

General office duties including processing paperwork and data entry. Answering and making telephone calls. Dealing with emails. Entering recruitment data onto college systems with high accuracy. Communicating with partner businesses and colleagues across the College. The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy and a keen customer focus. Additionally, strong skills in IT and literacy, along with a positive and friendly demeanor, are essential. We are seeking to appoint an individual who will undertake further training and complete an Apprenticeship Programme. Fixed Term for the duration of the apprenticeship – usually 20 months.
