Position Overview:

My Client are currently seeking a

Litigator

to join our

Employers’ Liability

department. This role involves managing your own caseload of pre- and post-issue fast track

employers’ liability claims . Whether you are qualified or qualified by experience,

tenacity, ability, and enthusiasm

are key to succeeding in this position.

You will be rewarded for your success with a

commission structure

that provides a percentage of every case you win— no hurdles, no caps , ensuring you benefit from every case you bring to completion.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of

Employers’ Liability (EL) claims

from start to finish. Conducting thorough legal research and advising clients. Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload. Tenacity and a focus on advancing cases through litigation. Experience managing

EL fast-track cases , with familiarity with the portal. Knowledge of

Civil Procedure Rules

and trends in litigation. Demonstrable experience handling litigated files from inception to trial. Previous experience with

Proclaim case management system

is advantageous. The Benefits & How to Apply: Basic salary up to £55,000, plus a generous monthly commission scheme. 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation. 23 days holiday, rising to 26 days, plus public/bank holidays.
