Suitable for an Employment Associate/Senior Associate 3-8 years PQE seeking high-quality work and excellent progression prospects, to be based in Cardiff.
You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.
The practice has a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations, as well as PLCs, making for a varied and interesting workload.
The firm is looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to the firm and drive forward the ongoing success and growth of its employment practice.
