A rare opportunity with great potential for a Solicitor / Legal Executive with a solid grounding in Employment matters at a substantial firm.
We are looking to hear from applicants with around 2-10 years PQE and with a proven track record in a client-facing role. You will have in-depth knowledge of the full range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Experience with TUPE, discrimination, employment tribunal cases, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, and general advice is essential. This position has the potential to develop rapidly.
