Employment Lawyer A Leeds office of a UK wide law firm has a requirement for an Employment Lawyer to join their busy and dedicated Employment team. The Employment Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive who will work on a hybrid basis to run a case load including Employment Tribunal claims, drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements and advising on settlement agreements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary; as well as supporting the employment team with non-contentious work, including provision of contractual documentation, handbooks and other employment documentation, together with provision of reactive and proactive employment advice to commercial clients, including telephone advice. Salary dependent upon experience.
