About the Employment Lawyer role: For this opening of an Employment Lawyer ideally you will have had previous experience dealing with employment law and providing advice in this area. Our client is open to experience from other sectors, including private practice and in-house. This Employment Lawyer role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development, deal with a diverse caseload, and contribute to the development of leading practices. The successful Employment Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties: Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law Dealing with matters including TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, redundancy Representing the organisation at employment tribunals Liaising with internal and external clients Benefits of the Employment Lawyer role include: Generous leave entitlement as well as flexi-time, which allows you to accrue two extra days of leave per month!
