be a qualified solicitor or hold CILEX qualifications in employment law practice and have extensive experience. provide advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, workplace policies, and tribunal representation. possess excellent communication and business development skills take responsibility for marketing and business development activities to help grow the team's client base.
