Requirements
3-5 years’ PQE in employment law. Strong experience in handling respondent and claimant cases, including tribunal representation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively. Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE cases. Advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues. Representing clients at employment tribunals and preparing cases for hearings. Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation. Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and providing strategic advice to clients.
