Job Description
The Employment Director will deal with a range of responsibilities including
Working on non contentious and contentious Employment matters.
Advising clients across sectors such as sport, retail, education and technology.
Mentoring and managing junior team members.
Taking the lead on a range of work including claims, senior exits and industrial actions.
Actively getting involved in business development and marketing.
Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in employment law.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Legal Director should have:
A track record in Employment law gained from a large law firm
Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
