They are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Employment Associate with a proven track record to drive their practice forward, manage a diverse caseload, and lead strategic initiatives within the department. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead

a broad range of high-profile employment law matters, including complex discrimination claims, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, and TUPE issues. Provide

strategic legal advice

to a variety of clients, including senior executives, large corporate clients, and public sector organisations. Take a leading role in

business development

activities, nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. Mentor and supervise

junior associates and paralegals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their legal skills and careers. Collaborate closely with partners

and other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients, contributing to the overall success of the firm. Lead on

high-profile and complex cases , ensuring exceptional legal service and positive outcomes for clients. Contribute to the department's

strategic planning

and development, helping shape the future direction of the employment practice. About You: Qualified Solicitor

with significant experience (ideally 5+ years PQE) in employment law within a reputable firm. Strong track record in handling

complex employment disputes , including tribunals, litigation, and advisory work. Proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships. Experience in

managing a team , with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior talent. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills , with a commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to progress to
