Employment Solicitor - 4+ PQE TSR Legal are currently supporting a multi office Welsh law firm based in Cardiff, who are currently seeking an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years post qualification experience, to join the expanding employment team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on a broad range of employment law matters and to develop and grow your own team. Key Responsibilities: Managing employment disputes, including tribunal cases and resolution strategies. Providing advice to clients on complex employment contracts, policies, and procedures. Supporting businesses during TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy processes. Offering strategic HR guidance on dismissals, grievances, and employee relations matters. Candidate Requirements: Proven ability to manage and prioritize a substantial workload effectively. Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. Demonstrated initiative and a high level of self-motivation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiasm for exploring and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
